I have put together a video demonstrating how to enable PostgreSQL in Mountain Lion Server 10.8, and then how to connect to it using an application based management tool (such as pgAdmin3).
I’ve now had the chance to take a brief look at the Mountain Lion (10.8) release of OS X Server – a few things do appear to have changed, and I’ll go in to more detail about some of the things I have noticed so far from my first impressions.
So i’ve had a little time to tinker with Apple’s new Mountain Lion Developer Preview 1, and so far I’m liking it. I wanted to run it in a Virtual Machine though, so that I didn’t risk losing what I had with my Lion installation.
